must remain on an active roster until roster freeze day
and then may only be released if they are not on an NFL
roster unless they are a DB or a DL. Recent rule changes
allow for those players to be released without penalty
this year only.

The 2010 proposal
votes are in. The results:
1 - Raise receptions to 6 points.
PASSED 12-0
2 - Allow up to two players from the active roster to be placed on
reserve and replaced with other players from your roster after the
player movement deadline for the week but before kickoff of the
first game of the day. All requests to do so must be phoned in to
the Commissioner. No players may be released, placed on the injured
list or placed on the PUP during this time. Any moves made during
this time will be posted on the message board by the Commissioner
before the early games end. PASSED 12-0
3 - Reduce DB's on the active roster to 7 and DL's to 6. Active
roster salary caps will be $160 during draft day, $180 during the
season and $200 during the off-season. Any DB's and DL's currently
on a team may be released this year without penalty due to the
change in the value at these positions.

4 - Eliminate the position points and change the winning percentages
to the following:
1st - 33%
2nd - 24%
3rd - 17%
4th - 12%
5th - 8%
6th - 6% PASSED 12-0
5 – When the NFL has a game on a Thursday we will have 2 free agent
bidding periods. The first will be on Wednesday via email for those
players involved in a Thursday game. The email must include the
name, position and team of the player(s) along with the bid amount
and instructions on what to do if you are the high bidder. There
will be no second round. You must have enough credit to make the
bid(s) and any corresponding moves. Emails must be received by
midnight and the results will be posted on the message board the
following day. The second bidding period will be held on the day
before the next game of the week in the same manner that we use now.
